i'm not sure if everyone's aware, but de anza has switched over to a new registration system called CCC. my younger sister registered through here but an id number was not issued. because she already used her SSN for CCC, the system wont allow her to register again. we've visited the admissions and records office and still, she's not in the system. and because CCC isn't being implemented within the admissions and records office until fall, they can't help my younger sister.
my sister's registration date is coming up in june or july i believe, but she can't register for her classes because she doesn't have an ID number.

i'm assuming she's not the only one facing this problem.
i know DASB doesn't handle this, but seriously, what's with the discoordination?

i'm contacting a student working in admissions and records soon, and i'm hoping to help my sister get her ID number. but if other people are having the same problem, this is an issue.

As far as I know, the new registration system goes into effect starting summer quarter. Not sure why you were told that it was fall.
