 Post subject: Wasted Parking Spots in Lot E

There's a parking permit machine that's been out of service for at least a year in the E lot. The two parking spaces in front of it are still crossed off. Will we get a ticket for parking in front of a broken permit machine? Can we either fix the machine or open up the spaces?
